The Shuttle type machine is equipped with 2 stations, ideal for the production of medium to large-sized products with different processes, high product differentiation, and small quantities. This machine is designed to continuously produce products even when molds are changed, occupying a smaller footprint while offering high practicality.

The machine can be equipped with either a cylindrical oven or an octagonal oven, which offers high space utilization and low heat absorption.

Heating Chamber:
Hot air is introduced into the heating chamber via circulating fans located at the top or bottom of the chamber, and the remaining hot air flows into the heating chamber through a suction inlet at the top. This design minimizes powder accumulation, reducing the risk of fire.
The interior of the heating chamber is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The thermal cycle fan and dual cooling system contribute to stable, long-term output.
Rotating Arm:
The rotating arm features an open design, ensuring better air circulation and cooling. It is crafted using casting and forging techniques and undergoes heat treatment to ensure high reliability and safety.
The bearing capacity of the rotating arm is verified through mechanical CAE analysis, ensuring optimal performance.
The ventilation function of the rotating arm is designed to ensure uniform thickness, and the waste gas recovery system reduces exhaust emissions, improving the workshop environment.
Combustion System:
The machine offers a variety of burner options, including the integrated RIELLO (Italy) and split-type BOSSD (Germany) burners. It can be heated using natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), diesel oil, or electricity, providing flexibility in fuel choices.
Control System:
PLC control: The Siemens PLC manages data over Ethernet with standardized circuit designs for improved efficiency.
Each arm can be programmed with three-stage heating, and each stage can be set with different heating temperatures, time, main and counter shaft speeds, and air circulation volumes.
Cooling Function: Features multi-stage air cooling, delay settings, and water mist cooling to efficiently manage temperature.
Storage Function: Production parameters for specific products can be stored for future use, and the positions of disassembly and assembly stations are fixed for improved efficiency.
Disassembly & Assembly Process: The rotating arm is remotely controlled for enhanced safety and efficiency.
Remarks:
